What we collect: Name, phone number, email (optional), delivery addresses, shipment history, payment information (UPI IDs for payouts).
How we use it: To process shipments, send tracking updates via WhatsApp, process payments, and improve our service.
Data security: All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.
